Duration

The MBBS in Uzbekistan duration is 5 years with another year for internship. For acceptance for practicing in India, MBBS abroad students need to appear in the NEXT exam. The new NMC guidelines require them to have completed a 6 years MBBS program.

Therefore, after completing your MBBS, you are welcome to India to practice if you clear the NEXT. Of course, you are eligible to appear in USMLE/PLAB & end up in another country.
